Eligibility & Registration

Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777com account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account under any circumstances.
If you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to or use of your account, you must notify 777com immediately by contacting our support team. Deposits & Withdrawals

In the event of a technical delay, deposits will be credited within 30 minutes. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members, friends, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. Unusual deposit patterns, structuring, or attempts to use the Platform to move funds without genuine gaming activity may result in account suspension, transaction reversal, and reporting to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.
Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out below.
- Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms and must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonus expiry: All bonuses and free spins have a validity period. Unused bonus funds or spins that have not been wagered within the stated expiry period will be removed from your account without notice.

Gameplay & Fair Use
All games available on the 777com Platform — including live casino tables, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are provided subject to the rules of each respective game or market. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before participating.
Slot and RNG table games use certified random number generator software. Live dealer games are operated in real time by trained croupiers at certified studio locations. Results are final once a game round is settled. 777com does not alter outcomes after a game round has concluded.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited: exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain; using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform; collusion with other players or dealers; placing wagers on behalf of third parties; and any form of match-fixing or insider knowledge in sports betting markets. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or market listing at the time of play. 777com reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and may apply individual account-level limits where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or risk management requirements.
Account Suspension & Closure
777com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to the following:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any later stage.
- Evidence of underage gambling or use of the account by a person under 21.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions that indicate dishonest use of the Platform.
- Use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- At the player's own request for a voluntary self-exclusion or account closure.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 777com reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where closure is due to a voluntary self-exclusion request, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following successful identity verification.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
777com makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond our control (including network outages, third-party payment processor downtime, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. 777com is not liable for any losses incurred as a direct result of such interruptions, provided reasonable advance notice is given where practicable.
In the event that a game, betting market, or transaction is affected by a technical error that produces an incorrect result or payout, 777com reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return stakes to the relevant account balances. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be honoured.
Changes to These Terms

Governing language: These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between the English version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.
